Elements of Competency Performance Criteria              
Element: Monitor and sustain the operation of the JIT system
  • Regularly review, with input from team, performance against key measures and identify areas of poor performance
  • Seek feedback from other stakeholders on operation of JIT system
  • Analyse information to identify need for quick fix action
  • Take or initiate appropriate quick fix action
  • Assist team to understand why quick fix action is appropriate

Assessment Tasks

Include guidelines about how well the candidate has to perform a task for it to be judged satisfactory.
